Job Overview: The Fleet and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing our fleet of vehicles and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. This role involves coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing driver safety programs, and implementing best practices to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This is a hands-on role, requiring a balance of office and hands on tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid AZ License and a minimum of 3 years’ driving experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, safety, or a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Able to learn new software and phone applications.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze data to drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to adapt to different circumstances and changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. On call evenings and weekends for urgent matters only.

    Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
