Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage long-term plans for critical assets, ensuring integration with the overall fleet plan to support operational availability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and maintenance teams to align asset availability with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Identify and report risks, constraints, or abnormalities that could affect asset turnaround time or fleet health.
  • Lead or support Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities for fleet aircraft and assets.
  • Perform other FMC duties as required.
  • Deliver daily aircraft status reports, monthly contractual reports, and service analysis.
  • Support the Fleet Planner to ensure asset plans are fully integrated into the fleet plan.
  • Assist the Fleet Operations Coordinator in managing allocation and cannibalisation of assets to optimise readiness.
  • Participate in key FMC meetings, including the weekly Aircraft Review Board and ad hoc IPT activities.
