Description Get Your Foot in the Door with Drive Green VI! We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Fleet Assistants for a 90-day seasonal opportunity. This role is designed as a pathway into a permanent position. If you show up, work hard, and perform at a high level, you may be offered a full-time role as a Service Agent, where top performers can earn $18–$20/hour with productivity incentives. Just bring the right attitude and we’ll teach you the rest. Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: You’ll support our Service Agent team in keeping our fleet clean, organized, and ready for customers. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing vehicles (interior and exterior) Help prepare vehicles for incoming rentals Maintain cleanliness of work areas and facilities (CRC & airport garage) Assist with vehicle movement and organization across lots Support deliveries and vehicle transfers as needed Diligently follow all company safety and driving procedures Jump in where needed—this is a team-first environment Other duties and responsibilities: Remain fully informed of all company policies & procedures and set example by adhering to same In the event of staff shortage (i.e. vacations, sick calls, etc.) or in emergency situations (i.e. hurricanes), be prepared to assist in another lot(s) or in movement of vehicles are needed Any and all other tasks that reasonably fall within this function as directed by management Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid, unexpired drivers license. Must possess and maintain a clean driving record. Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, evenings) Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability (if you say you’ll be there, be there) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player mindset Physical fitness and stamina for tasks that involve vehicle cleaning and maintenance. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and report vehicle damages accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. What happens after 90 days? Top performers may be offered a permanent position as a Service Agent

Responsibilities

The Fleet Assistant supports the service team by cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing vehicles to ensure they are ready for rentals. They also assist with vehicle movement across lots and maintain the cleanliness of work facilities.
