FLEET ASSISTANT

Via East Midlands are currently seeking a temp Fleet Assistant to join our Fleet Services Team for a 12 month fixed term contract based out of our Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake administrative tasks on behalf of the business to contribute to the delivery of the Fleet Services
  • Respond to queries in person or over the phone from internal and external customers to provide timely information or receive payment
  • Accurately input and manage data in generic and Via specific IT systems on behalf of the team to support performance management, accounts payable, purchasing and revenue collection.
  • Control, order and monitor the use of Fleet resources to ensure cost, quality and stock levels
  • Gather and process data from all areas of the business to meet H&S legislation, Environmental and Compliance legislation and ISO requirements
  • Operate flexibly to provide administrative and reception cover at each depot to enable the Fleet Service Team to maintain a consistent and high-quality service
  • Plan and prioritise work to meet operational deadlines to facilitate service delivery
