Overview This role has the overall responsibility for account management, vendor management and systems maintenance, manage suppliers, carriers, customers and manage daily issues for our fleet management activities in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on working with sales to understand their carrier requirements and mainly managing the carrier companies who PepsiCo lease trucks off They will also be responsible for reporting on maintenance, accidents and vehicle handovers Responsibilities -Manage and maintain a comprehensive database for all fleet vehicles, including driver information and license compliance. -Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand business requirements and develop annual fleet plans and optimized delivery routes. -Coordinate with carrier and maintenance partners, communicate repair and service needs, and ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities. -Review, validate, and finalize all monthly invoices related to fleet operations. -Monitor and control all fleet-related costs, including fuel consumption, tires, telematics, documentation, and additional operational expenses. -Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements governing fleet operations. Qualifications - 3 years of experience in similar position (preferably FMCG) -Lean certification or understanding of Lean principles nice to have -Fluent oral and written communication skills in English & Arabic. -Problem solving skills -Proficiency in transportation planning and execution. -Knowledge , excel, gTMS and system administration -S&OP and business environment understanding -Stakeholder management, account management. -Good numeric abilities -Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
