Job Summary The Fleet Associate (Parts Coordinator) supports overall fleet operations by supporting shop operations and maintaining parts inventory while helping maintain efficiency, organizaiton, and readiness across the fleet funcition. Provides administrative support as needed. Responsibilities Support daily fleet operations to maintain vehicle availability and operational efficiency Source and acquire vehicle parts, supplies, and materials Coordinate parts delivery and pickup with vendors and internal teams Maintain and organize the parts room to ensure accurate inventory control Provide shop support, including vehicle detailing and preparation for auctions Assist with general office and administrative tasks related to fleet operations Manage and maintain GPS and camera inventory Oversee MasTec vehicle badging, including unit numbers, DOT numbers, and door decals Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma, or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills. Posses a sense of urgency. Strong social / interpersonal skills. Ability to operate office equipment. Physical Demands and Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
