Description Position Overview Johnson RV is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Fleet Body Shop Sales Representative to grow our fleet and commercial body shop business. This role is all about building partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality repair and upfit solutions for fleet customers. If you know how to sell without being pushy, thrive on long-term relationships, and can talk shop with commercial clients who expect competence and follow-through—this is your lane. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and manage relationships with fleet, commercial, and business clients Promote Johnson RV’s body shop services, repairs, modifications, and upfit solutions Identify new fleet opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals Prepare and present quotes, estimates, and proposals tailored to client needs Coordinate closely with Body Shop, Service, and Operations teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and timelines Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM or internal systems Follow up consistently to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships Represent Johnson RV professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry interactions What We’re Looking For Prior experience in fleet sales, commercial sales, body shop sales, or automotive/RV service sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to understand technical services and explain them clearly to clients Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline Professional presence with a consultative sales approach Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed RV, fleet, or body shop experience is strongly preferred—but we’ll train the right sales pro who’s willing to learn.
