Description The Fleet Charter Sales Representative plays a critical revenue-generating role by exclusively selling private charter flights for the Maker’s Fleet. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound charter inquiries, generating accurate quotes in NetSuite, closing sales, and cultivating long-term client relationships. In addition to individual charter sales, this role actively sells corporate bulk flight programs and Ascend for Business memberships. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, sales-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a seamless, elevated charter experience from initial inquiry through post-flight follow-up. Location: In-Office Salaried: Exempt Plus Commission Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sell private charter flights exclusively for the Maker’s Fleet. Generate and manage customer quotes in NetSuite. Close charter sales and follow up on open opportunities. Troubleshoot and resolve quote, pricing, and booking issues. Sell corporate bulk flight programs and Ascend for Business memberships. Guide clients through the booking process and ensure operational compliance. Coordinate itineraries, ground transportation, catering, and special requests. Deliver a high-touch, VIP client experience from inquiry through post-flight. Generate new sales leads and cultivate hotel and corporate partnerships. Collaborate with operations and marketing to support revenue growth. Requirements High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in charter sales, aviation, hospitality, luxury travel, or related customer-facing sales roles. Proven ability to close sales and meet revenue targets. Experience using CRM systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset. Familiarity with private aviation, tourism, or luxury services is highly desirable. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Ability to work in an airport or warehouse-adjacent environment with varying temperatures. Ability to occasionally greet guests outdoors on the ramp area.
