We are seeking a detail-oriented Rental Fleet Claims Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in generating repair estimates as well as claims processing to ensure our fleet remains in top condition. Key Responsibilities · Generate body job estimates. · Generate glass damage estimates. · Take photos of damages. · Prepare accurate repair estimates and coordinate with repair vendors. · Ensure all repair work aligns with company standards and cost guidelines. · Coordinate and prepare claims process. · Maintain detailed records of damages, estimates, and claims. Requirements · Experience in writing automotive damage estimation, claims processing, or fleet management. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors. · Familiarity with rental car operations is a plus. · High School Diploma or Equivalent · Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents/accidents in the last 3 years Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
The supervisor is responsible for generating body and glass damage estimates and coordinating repairs with vendors. They also manage the claims process and maintain detailed records to ensure the fleet remains in top condition.
