Job Description The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective management, compliance, and coordination of all company-owned and leased vehicles across construction sites in Ireland, UK & Europe. Maintain a comprehensive asset register of all vehicles. Coordinate servicing, preventative maintenance, CVRT/MOT testing, and inspections. Process purchase orders, invoices, and service-related documentation. Maintain fleet tracking system Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and defect reporting. Coordinate breakdown assistance and repairs. Manage fuel cards and monitor fuel usage. Support insurance claims and incident investigations. Generate fleet compliance reports for senior management Support with maintaining plant database Qualifications Strong administrative and coordination skills Knowledge of fleet operations High level of attention to detail Strong IT skills (Excel essential; experience with fleet/asset systems desirable) Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-driven environment Good communication skills across operational and site teams Previous experience in an administrative or fleet-based role Strong working knowledge of compliance documentation Additional Information At King and Moffatt, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation, creativity, and success.
