Site Equip is the South’s leading supplier of portable welfare facilities, operating in the construction and events industries. Through our investment in people we are able to expand and develop our innovative and forward thinking company. We are looking for a Fleet Co-ordinator to work from our Head Office in Lasham, Hampshire.
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination, compliance, and operational readiness of the company’s vehicle and mechanical hire fleet. This includes ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy, taxed, insured, and meet regulatory requirements. The role plays a key part in maintaining safety, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient logistical operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in a fleet, transport, or logistics environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bespoke software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
