SUMMARY

Working closely with the Compliance and Operations teams, this role will provide essential services in the monitoring, maintenance, and upkeep of our fleet. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest legal and compliance standards are achieved.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Holds a CE Licence
  • Able to provide low level vehicle maintenance support
  • Proactive character who is driven to achieve excellent compliance
  • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and prioritise tasks and workload
  • Accepting responsibility for own actions and results
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word & Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative and also collaboratively within a team

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £12.85-£17.82 per hour
    Expected hours: 46 per week

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily defect and arrange rectification
  • Complete minor defect repairs onsite
  • Coordinate vehicles offsite maintenance for more significant defects/damage
  • First responder to breakdowns and roadside defects
  • Support the planning of MOTs, PMIs and Servicing
  • Analyse fleet invoices and escalate issues
  • Analyse PMI Inspection sheets and brake roller testing to ensure full compliance
  • Monitor fleet for damage and poor housekeeping
  • Assist in damage reduction scheme
  • Support the fleet Compliance Supervisor with promoting excellent compliance standards
  • Deliver onsite training for Agency drivers and new starters
  • Coordinating onsite access for vehicle maintenance suppliers (Tyre provider, screen repair)
    The successful candidate may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements.
