OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fleet Compliance Manager to oversee our increasing fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained, compliant with regulations, and operating efficiently. This role is crucial in optimising fleet performance, reducing costs, and enhancing safety standards.

SKILLS

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant technology.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and regulations governing fleet operations.
  • Manage the fleet in 4 separate locations
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights for improving fleet efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the scheduling and maintenance of all fleet vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Monitor vehicle usage and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers for vehicle procurement and maintenance services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and identify necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Prepare reports on fleet performance metrics, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and accident reports through the Blue Crystal portal
  • Train and supervise staff involved in fleet operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance fleet management processes.
