Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 05:00-17:00 (40hr week)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Fleet Controller to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• The purpose of this role is to ensure optimum availability of the transport fleets is achieved in line with the key performance indicators, with strict adherence to legal compliance and Company Policy.
• Ensure sites manage the legal requirements of the business including MOT, road tax, servicing and tachograph checks and all relevant fridge calibrations and breakdowns.
• Manage Tachograph controls and infringements.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of planned and unplanned vehicle maintenance carried out by several vehicle contractor companies.
