Job Title: Fleet Coordinator (HINDI SPEAKER)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Hindi to communicate effectively with drivers and staff. The Fleet Coordinator will ensure vehicle availability, maintenance, compliance, and cost-effective operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator / Transport Coordinator in the UAE.
  • Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
  • Experience in managing multi-national driver teams.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP / Fleet Management systems preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the fleet including cars, buses, light and heavy vehicles.
  • Schedule and assign drivers to trips, routes, and duties.
  • Communicate instructions to drivers clearly in Hindi (mandatory).
  • Track vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and prepare reports.
  • Ensure timely preventive maintenance and coordinate with workshops for repairs.
  • Monitor RTA/Muroor compliance, vehicle registrations, and insurance renewals.
  • Handle driver rosters, attendance, and performance issues.
  • Manage vehicle breakdowns, replacements, and emergency situations.
  • Control operational costs by monitoring fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Liaise with management and other departments to meet transport requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date fleet records and documentation.
