Roles & Responsibilities

The Fleet Coordinator at Falconics Car Rental will be responsible for managing and maintaining our diverse fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial for ensuring that all cars are in optimal condition and ready for customer use. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance, inspections, and repairs of the rental fleet. Coordinate with service providers and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Monitor vehicle availability and manage fleet inventory. Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service history. Assist in the acquisition of new vehicles and manage fleet disposal when necessary. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that customer needs are met with high-quality vehicles.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in fleet management or automotive service preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus. Proficiency in computer software for tracking and reporting.
