We are looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our busy motor trade operation. This is a varied role combining administration, vehicle progression, fleet management and site coordination duties. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are accurately tracked, prepared and delivered to customers on time.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves moving vehicles around site and supporting the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and locate vehicles across site, ensuring accurate vehicle records at all times.
  • Monitor vehicle progress from arrival through to customer delivery.
  • Produce and maintain accurate reports covering vehicle deliveries, registrations and road tax status.
  • Tax vehicles and ensure all documentation is completed correctly and on time.
  • Move vehicles safely around site as required.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation activities including PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), valeting and any additional work required before handover.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure vehicles are retail-ready within agreed timescales.
  • Update internal systems with accurate vehicle status information.
  • Support the wider fleet and administration team with day-to-day operational tasks.

About You

  • Previous experience within the motor trade, vehicle logistics, fleet administration or vehicle progression is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident working with administrative systems and reporting tools.
  • Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
