Description
  • Coordinate the scheduling, dispatch, and allocation of vehicles for guest tours, airport transfers, staff movements, and deliveries.
  • Monitor vehicle availability and ensure optimal utilization across daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, insurance, and licensing.
  • Plan and schedule regular maintenance and servicing for all vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they are clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
  • Handle incident reports, insurance claims, and vehicle breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Track driver schedules, attendance, and performance in coordination with HR and Operations.
  • Ensure all fleet documents, permits, and registrations are up to date and compliant with local laws.
  • Work closely with the tour operations, logistics, and customer service teams to meet guest and operational needs.
  • Use fleet management software or GPS tracking systems to monitor and report on fleet activities and vehicle locations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities related to fuel efficiency, routing, and vehicle maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transport operations (hospitality or tourism industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet tracking software and vehicle scheduling systems.
  • Knowledge of local transport laws, licensing, and safety regulations.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or vehicle inspection experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate between drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or fleet management tools.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
