POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with relevant departments to ensure that all transportation services are executed efficiently and in alignment with our company’s quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee the daily scheduling, dispatching, and routing of Patriot Group’s fleet, ensuring all transportation services are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, special requests, and ensuring that all client needs are met with professionalism and precision.
  • Fleet Management: Monitor the condition and availability of vehicles, ensuring all maintenance, inspections, and repairs are conducted promptly to maintain fleet readiness.
  • Driver Coordination: Manage and support the driver team, ensuring they are fully briefed on their routes, client expectations, and any specific service requirements.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and review chauffeur performance to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, grooming, and service delivery.
  • Incident Management: Respond swiftly to any operational issues, such as delays or vehicle breakdowns, and implement contingency plans to minimize service disruption.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all transportation services comply with local regulations and safety standards, including the proper documentation and training of drivers.
  • Data Reporting: Maintain detailed records of operational activities, including service logs, vehicle usage, and client feedback, and generate reports to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Client Satisfaction: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into service improvements and that repeat clients receive consistent, high-quality service.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of transportation logistics for large events, VIP transfers, and special occasions, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement process enhancements to optimize service delivery and reduce costs.
