Description

The Fleet Coordinator- responsible for planning and coordinating daily delivery routes, assigning drivers to vehicles, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery items and/or person . This role ensures that delivery operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in fleet management or logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of fleet management systems, GPS tracking, and MS Office tools.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of UAE (or local) traffic regulations and compliance standards.
    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
    Contract length: 24 months

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage daily driver schedules based on delivery orders and vehicle availability.
  • Adjust schedules in real time in response to delays, order changes, or vehicle issues.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, kitchen, or dispatch team to ensure orders are prepared on time.
  • Communicate assignments and details clearly to drivers.
  • Monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrivals and handle route or delivery issues proactively.
  • Track driver departures, routes, and delivery confirmations.
  • Maintain documentation for licensing, insurance, and inspections.
  • Act as the point of contact between corporate office and teams.
  • Ensure timely communication of operational updates
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of supplies.
  • Maintain up-to-date maintenance logs and service records.
  • Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, delivery logs, and incident reports.
  • Make sure that items ordered and delivered is accurate.
