RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.
  • Monitor fleet usage and fuel consumption, maintaining accurate records and generating reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle operation and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to manage vehicle assignments, resolve issues, and provide necessary support.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage fleet budgets, including vehicle acquisition and disposal.
