Description:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating, booking, tracking, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment,
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Operations, Business, or a related field is an asset.
  • Confident in navigating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications, Teams, Outlook, with strong internet search, map reading, and business math skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid BC driver’s license and fluency in English.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and mornings or evenings as part of a 5-day shift schedule.

  • Orchestrate Operations: Manage bookings, dispatching, tracking, and scheduling for our fleet, ensuring timely, efficient service for our clients every time.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Be the friendly, professional voice our clients count on when they call or email and resolve inquiries or any issues promptly.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients to ensure every experience is memorable and flawless.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality by monitoring fleet performance, ensuring chauffeurs and vehicles meet Griffin’s premium expectations.
  • Adapt and Excel: Embrace additional duties as needed, showcasing your versatility and commitment to the team’s success.
