“Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You’ll drive improvements in fleet safety, reliability, and performance, optimizing rail vehicle availability and maintenance practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, quality control, customer representatives), implement standardized engineering methods and KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency, and much more.”
