We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet and Facilities Administration Officer to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organisation’s vehicle, fleet and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fleet logistics, managing facilities maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in line with dnata working policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Be able to build strong working relationships with all staff and clientele
  • Commitment to dnata Values and operating procedures
  • Hold well-developed communication in written, oral and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within fleet or facilities management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Ability to follow instructions as directed by management
  • Willing to travel to any dnata Airports as required
