Description Fleet Finance Operations Coordinator Job Type: Full Time Shift Schedule: M-F, 7a - 4pm Salary: $19 - $22/hour ** Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. Fleet Finance Operations Coordinator Job Duties AP Invoice Management Code invoices and communicate to AP department Enter information for weekly check runs Daily Reporting Enter daily dispatch Enter Work Orders from Maintenance Department Data entry as required Manage driver electronic logs Month End Close Support the finance department on all month-end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory, AP Invoice management.
