YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in the railway or transportation industry
• You are committed to safety and regulatory compliance
• You bring strong technical know-how, are well-organized, versatile, and skilled in logistics and communication

• You ensure that locomotives are delivered on time, in excellent condition, and at the best possible cost
• You manage the local vehicle register with the national authority for all locomotives in your assigned region
• You coordinate locomotive movements (delivery/redelivery), handle certificate issuance, and ensure timely updates of SOPs related to fleet movements
• You monitor the off-lease fleet and maintenance activities
• You organize locomotive parking and transfers to anticipate future client needs — liaising with providers, negotiating terms, and ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery
• You manage planning, work orders, purchase orders, and invoices in Maximo (our maintenance planning system) for the Operations team
• You keep regulatory locomotive information up to date
• You handle subscriptions for add-on services (e.g., SIM cards, geolocation)
• You provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Manager
