THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have proven prioritisation skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. You will have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate in all Microsoft applications and possess the ability to liaise with people at all levels. You will have a worked in a busy environment and have the ability to stay calm under pressure. The ideal candidate must have experience of working in a dealership or garage , the ideal candidate would have experience as an Service Advisor . You will have the determination to succeed as well as enthusiasm. Due to our fast and ongoing growth every team member needs to successfully meet deadlines, work with minimum supervision and be able to demonstrate a passion for giving excellent customer service and an understanding of the necessity of compliance to maintain our customers relationships and services standards.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with excellent organisational and communication skills to join our Operations team. You will work closely with our clients, their Drivers and the Out of Hours Service Provider to proactively manage the Maintenance of the fleet. You will be responsible for proactively making Service and MOT bookings, place rental bookings to cover off road vehicles. You will also identify rechargeable items and process them for billing as well as accurately enter all this data onto our fleet management system. Controlling Warranty recalls ensuring that bookings are placed as well as additional tasks will be part of your remit. The hours are Monday to Friday plus an OOH rota on call.
