  • Be the go-to expert for authorizing service and repair work, ensuring fleets stay operational.
  • Deliver outstanding service by consulting with customers and vendors, balancing speed, accuracy, and client needs.
  • Analyze and approve repair requests, recommending smart, cost-effective maintenance solutions.
  • Leverage vehicle history insights to ensure accurate repair estimates and better decisionmaking.
  • Negotiate vendor savings while identifying and sharing trends in fleet maintenance with clients and internal teams.
  • Support operations through database management, reporting, and client-facing administrative excellence.
  • Manage Summit Fleet MasterCard activations and overrides with accuracy and accountability.
