Location: Dallas, TX, United States Work environment: In-person Expected Pay: 19.00 USD Per Hour Schedule: Full-time, 11 PM – 6 AM (overnight) Assignment length: 1 year-contract We are helping our client find a Fleet Maintenance & Detailing Associate (Overnight) responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, charging, and performing light mechanical inspections on Avride vehicles during overnight hours: In this role, you’ll ensure every vehicle is ready for operation by addressing both cleanliness and basic maintenance needs to support daily fleet performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing hands-on work overnight to keep fleet operations running smoothly. As a Fleet Maintenance & Detailing Associate, you’ll: Wash and detail vehicles inside and out, including windows, surfaces, and cargo areas. Ensure vehicles are properly charged and ready for dispatch each morning. Conduct basic mechanical inspections (tire pressure, lights, fluid levels, wipers, etc.). Perform light maintenance such as replacing wiper blades, bulbs, or topping off fluids as trained. Report any mechanical or safety issues promptly to the Operations or Fleet Maintenance team. Move vehicles safely around the lot and in and out of charging bays. Maintain accurate logs of cleanings, inspections, and maintenance actions completed. Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with all safety and environmental standards. Support other overnight operations as assigned.
