Description:

Our client is a prominent transportation company dedicated to providing seamless and efficient fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and ready to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Maintenance Supervisors across various terminals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Ensure regular service schedules and preventive maintenance protocols are followed to maintain fleet readiness
  • Oversee the performance and efficiency of internal repair shops, ensuring work meets quality and compliance standards
  • Coordinate with external vendors and manage relationships for timely, cost-effective repairs and parts procurement
  • Conduct regular audits of fleet maintenance records and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Implement and improve fleet maintenance programs to enhance vehicle longevity and performance
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs, working within budget to optimize repair and maintenance expenses
