The primary responsibility of the Fleet Management System Administrator is to oversee and optimize the fleet management system, ensuring efficient and secure operation. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization’s transportation and logistics operations by maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting the fleet management software. These efforts contribute to the enhancement of the fleet’s productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Ensures the efficient and effective operation of vehicles and equipment maintenance schedules, compliance, and overall utilization. The Administrator plays a key role in optimizing fleet and equipment performance, ensuring safety standards, and supporting operational needs to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness across traffic operations.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fleet management system administration or a related IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and hardware components.
  • Proficiency in database management and system configuration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
