As a trusted partner and leader in providing comprehensive consulting services to the federal government, Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) understands the increasing complexity of delivering solutions to make the world a safer and more productive place. As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services addressing critical needs in support of our federal clients.
The ERS Division is seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to support our Marine Corps clients who manage a portfolio of energy, water, and non-tactical fleet-related programs. As a Fleet Management Analyst, you will work closely with senior Marine Corps leaders and installation level staff in the area of non-tactical fleet management. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of DoD or GSA fleet management programs, experience overseeing program development, and demonstrated ability to use management tools and databases. This position is hybrid. Travel for this position is expected to be 10-20%.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Public Policy or related discipline with 2-4 years of directly related experience.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience and knowledge of transportation management/NTV issues, policies, and programs.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate to enable full workflow integration of reports, forms, and intake processes.
  • Proficiency in Power Query, Microsoft Power BI , including DAX. Ability to build automated dashboards that support diverse user groups.
  • Willingness and ability to set priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a client facing position.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management, project management, follow-through and communication skills.
  • Capability to work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently in both a virtual and in-person environment.
  • The candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Common Access Card (CAC) for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Public Policy or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps structure and operations.
  • Transportation management development, implementation, and/or oversight at a federal level, preferably within the Department of Defense or GSA
  • Experience implementing row-level access control for sensitive dashboard views and user-based filtering.

Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendations and analyses on improving DoD fleet management, implementing new technologies, reducing fleet costs, training fleet managers, and reducing petroleum consumption.
  • Evaluate NTV fleet operations and utilization data to help determine the greater benefit of leasing or owning vehicles.
  • Evaluate telematics data and policy; provide support to develop metrics and scorecards for vehicle operators; and provide recommendations to Fleet Managers to improve and standardize the program to include preventative maintenance, utilization, and operation standards.
  • Travel to installations as needed to participate in stakeholder meetings or provide training as needed
  • Build strong client relationships.
