Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L5N 8R

Responsibilities
  • Ensures the efficiency and safety of operations, while cultivating employee engagement.
  • Continuously improves the quality, safety, and efficiency of the fleet.
  • Develops, leads, and manages the execution of ALHHC’s fleet plan.
  • Collaborates with the Executive team to develop short and long-term fleet management and maintenance plans.
  • Manages third-party service providers and internal stakeholders to execute maintenance schedules, address accidents/damages, develop fleet reports, and ensure overall compliance.
  • Leads the organization’s periodic fleet planning process in collaboration with regional leadership.
  • Collaborates with health and safety personnel and third-party service providers to improve employee safety.
  • Training: Assists with fleet training for staff, stakeholders, or external partners.
  • Budget: Preparing the yearly fleet budget.
