Job Title: Fleet Manager B2B Sales Job Summary We are looking for a high-performing Fleet Manager to drive B2B and fleet sales growth by acquiring, developing, and closing key accounts across SMEs and large enterprises. This role is 100% sales-focused, responsible for revenue generation, deal closing, and long-term client development. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of dealership business models, fleet purchasing behavior, and complex B2B sales cycles, and can act as a strategic partner to corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and close B2B and fleet sales opportunities across SMEs and enterprise clients Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing Develop and manage key accounts, building long-term, revenue-generating relationships Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, procurement teams, and decision-makers Design tailored fleet and volume sales solutions aligned with client business needs Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts using CRM tools Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client buying behavior Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Required Experience & Skills Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, or fleet sales Strong experience within automotive dealerships or dealership-related businesses Demonstrated ability to close high-value and complex deals Solid understanding of dealership sales processes, pricing structures, and fleet margins Experience selling to SMEs and large enterprise clients Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills Strategic mindset with a strong hunter–closer profile Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools Education & Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, fleet sales, or automotive dealership sales What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission Clear sales targets and incentive structure Career growth within a commercial and leadership track Supportive sales-driven culture with strong dealership backing
