Your tasks at a glance:

• Responsible for planning and coordinating driver shifts as well as for allocating and staffing vehicles
• You ensure smooth daily and weekly operations and pay attention to compliance with legal regulations, such as driving and rest times.
• Ensuring and optimizing a leveled and smoothed capacity utilization/fleet utilization
• Quality control and statistical documentation
• You ensure complete and accurate documentation for authorities and provide reliable support during internal audits.
• Furthermore, you will check invoices, prepare key figures and analyses as a basis for management decisions.

You bring the following:

• A completed vocational training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services as well as sound knowledge in the field of trade logistics/transport
• Several years of experience in transport logistics and/or freight forwarding
• Proficient use of common MS Office programs
• High level of initiative and work motivation, as well as a willingness to learn and create.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as willingness to work shifts.
