Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform advanced fleet-related tasks in reference to record keeping, resolving disputes, updating contract terms, and confirm the length of contracts. Update the tracking system with changes and extension information.
  • Understand the commercial model of the client account and track spending in an organized manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles. This includes servicing, mileage, driver logs, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations and file paperwork.
  • Create and complete complex templates, updates, and approvals for vehicle-related requests while following the client’s internal process. Provide reports as needed.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
