Perform advanced fleet-related tasks in reference to record keeping, resolving disputes, updating contract terms, and confirm the length of contracts. Update the tracking system with changes and extension information.
Understand the commercial model of the client account and track spending in an organized manner.
Maintain accurate records of vehicles. This includes servicing, mileage, driver logs, etc.
Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations and file paperwork.
Create and complete complex templates, updates, and approvals for vehicle-related requests while following the client’s internal process. Provide reports as needed.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
