POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet operations, including the acquisition, maintenance, compliance, and disposal of company vehicles. This role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, and close coordination with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the fleet is cost-effective, legally compliant, and consistently operational.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in fleet management or transport operations, ideally within a service-based or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, procurement, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with relevant legislation and industry best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid G license and clean driving abstract
