In this full-time role as a Fleet Manager, you will be part of a small close-knit team responsible for servicing and maintaining all equipment out of the J. Ranck Electric, Mt Pleasant, Michigan warehouse.

You will oversee a team of mechanics who service and maintain all company vehicles and equipment. Our mechanics perform scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs on many different types of equipment, including excavators, digger trucks, trench-digging machines, bulldozers, pumps, compressors, bucket trucks, cars, pickup trucks, semi-trucks and various other equipment related to the electrical trade. You will lay out work for the team and ensure its proper completion. You will also oversee ordering and delivery of parts needed to maintain efficient fleet operations.
The workday is Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with overtime. Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, uniforms, paid training, company-match 401K, discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus.
