Your tasks

• Central management and organization of company mobility at several locations in Germany
• Overview of the entire vehicle fleet and other mobility services
• Planning, procurement, exchange and return of vehicles
• Maintaining and expanding contacts with car dealerships, manufacturers, leasing companies, workshops and mobility service providers
• Negotiation of terms and conditions, framework agreements and collaborations
• Building and maintaining partnerships, for example with petrol stations and other service providers
• Insurance and claims management
• Management of maintenance, repairs, tire changes, vehicle inspections and relevant deadlines
• Control of costs, mileage, usage and vehicle condition
• Ensuring the care and cleanliness of the fleet

Rethinking mobility

In addition to the classic car, company mobility also includes bicycles, e-bikes and other mobility solutions.

You keep an eye on existing offers and check which new solutions are economical and practical for the company and its employees.

You should bring this with you

• Experience in fleet or mobility management
• Good knowledge of the automotive and mobility market
• Ideally, an existing network of car dealerships, manufacturers, leasing partners, workshops or other industry contacts.
• Negotiation skills and business acumen
• Experience with insurance, claims, and fleet management processes
• A structured way of working and the ability to maintain an overview even with a larger, multi-site fleet.
• Self-initiative and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work
