What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the maintenance, compliance, and safety of our motorcycle fleet.
Coordinate servicing schedules, inspections, and repairs.
Lead a small internal team including a mechanic and workshop assistant.
Handle urgent issues after hours on occasion.
Maintain accurate fleet records (compliance, insurance, usage, service logs).
Support the rental side of the business by ensuring bikes are ride-ready.Keep up with our outstanding customer service record
Liaise with suppliers, parts vendors, and external workshops as needed.
Propose and implement workflow improvements across servicing and fleet usage.

About You
Customer Service Star and experience-driven
Prior experience in fleet management, workshop coordination, or vehicle logistics.
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic admin systems.
Confident communicator, calm under pressure, and team-oriented.
Passion for motorcycles and customer service is a big plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
