Responsibilities
  • Improve/maintain detailed, centralized inventory for all vehicles and equipment assets registrations, warranties, inspections, servicing, etc. for all locations for recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Oversee overall spending of fleet/shop operations-related purchases, and approval of P.O.s for parts and repairs charged to the Shop(s).
  • Lead the annual equipment audit with inputs from division leaders and branch managers.
  • Effectively evaluate, monitor, analyze and identify all driver compliance and non-compliance issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Lead internal and external compliance reporting, providing compliance advice and assistance, conducting compliance investigations, manage ongoing education programs.
  • Schedule, inspect, repair, and assess all company vehicles for condition, compliance, safety, driver documentation.
  • Oversee the upkeep of the Company’s maintenance shops through regular clean-up, preventive maintenance programs, and inspections ensuring safety and environmental health
