Your tasks:

Dispatching and tour control: Responsibility for the daily planning and coordination of truck deployments as well as ensuring a smooth transport process.
Staff management: Professional and disciplinary management of employees in dispatch and driving services with a focus on efficient cooperation.
Deployment planning: Controlling the needs-based deployment of vehicles and personnel to ensure the best possible utilization of existing capacities.
Fleet management: Monitoring the operational readiness of the fleet, including maintenance and repair measures, as well as controlling cost development.
Transport handling: Ensuring punctual, economical and service-oriented delivery to customers.
Compliance with legal requirements: Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations, safety standards, and driving and rest times.
Optimization of logistics processes: Evaluation of relevant key figures and continuous improvement of transport and logistics processes.
