BACKGROUND:

Super Singhz Transport is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Fleet Manager to join our dynamic operations team in Adelaide, SA. This diverse and fast-paced role is integral to the smooth running of our operations, where you will play a key part in supporting our efforts to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. • ⁠ ⁠Procurement and Maintenance: Manage the purchase and maintenance of transportation vehicles, equipment, and fuel resources.
• ⁠ ⁠Client Liaison: Engage with clients to identify their transport needs, offer advice on appropriate vehicle selections, explain purchasing or hiring rates, outline obligations, and resolve any complaints.
• ⁠ ⁠Order and Booking Management: Receive and process orders and bookings, while planning and implementing efficient transportation schedules.
• ⁠ ⁠Quality Assurance: Ensure that goods are stored and transported in appropriate conditions to maintain their quality.
• ⁠ ⁠Logistics Coordination: Arrange for the collection and delivery of vehicles and goods, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• ⁠ ⁠Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational statements and reports for management review.
• ⁠ ⁠Train Operations Oversight: Coordinate the loading and unloading processes, as well as the arrival and departure schedules of trains.
• ⁠ ⁠Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
