What We Offer:  * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * 401K with Employer Match * Paid Time Off – 9 Floating Holidays and 15 Personal Days * Career Development and Advancement Opportunities * Life Insurance, Long Term, and Short-Term Disability * Employee Assistance Program (5 free counseling sessions) * Referral Bonus Program (Get paid $250 to recruit) * Carpool Reimbursement ($5-$20/Day) * Employee Discounts on Merchandise (30% on select items in our retail store) * Employee Lunch Provided   See for Yourself! https://youtu.be/OMstfigzWXk?si=VLVEQDaAGChmD9it [https://youtu.be/OMstfigzWXk?si=VLVEQDaAGChmD9it]  The Primary Functions are:  * Perform repair work on vehicles and equipment such as breakdowns and malfunctions in a safe, efficient, quality manner.  * Perform operation test prior to repairs to verify complaint.  * Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to manufacturers specifications including engines, transmissions and clutches, suspension and steering, fuel and ignition (gas and diesel), electrical systems, brakes, and HVAC systems. * Follow paper-flow procedures including documenting correct mileage/hours, save and tag all warranty and core parts, document all repairs on work order using complaint, cause, and correction format, follow parts ordering/billing procedures. * Keep current and accurate service records on all vehicles and equipment.  * Perform final operational test on all vehicles to quality-check all repairs. * Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment to maximize the safety, productivity, and life of the unit. * Maintain a clean shop area.  * Maintain shop equipment and supply stock; Track shop tools and replace when lost or broken. * Move equipment safely in and out of service building. * Assist with resort road maintenance. * Communicate and maintain timelines and priorities.  * Complete all Fleet Maintenance projects as assigned  * Comfortability working with our entire fleet. This includes a variety of Ford Vans, explorers, excursions, Chevrolet trucks, Lexus (basic service), Dodge ProMasters, and ProMaster City, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, Seadoos, GoKarts, Trailers, etc. Looking for Team Members with: * High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work * Minimum 2 years of mechanic technical training * Minimum 4 years of maintenance and mechanic working on gasoline, diesel and electric vehicles and equipment * Ability to dismantle repair, construct and maintain machinery and equipment with a high degree of skill  * Working knowledge of gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, and use of tire machine * Excellent customer relations, communication skills, and organizational skills * Valid State Driver’s License and a clean driving record.  Paws Up Montana provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
