Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

CSR is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Fleet & MHE Coordinator to manage and optimise our national portfolio of over 1,000 assets comprising of light, heavy vehicles, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & HDE Fleet.
This role is pivotal in executing our lifecycle strategy-from acquisition to disposal-while embedding best practices, driving sustainability, and ensuring compliance across a complex, multi-site network.
You’ll be the go-to expert for fleet and MHE operations, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to deliver safe, efficient, and future-ready solutions that support CSR’s operational excellence.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Own and execute CSR’s MHE & Tool of Trade fleet strategy.
  • Lead full lifecycle management-from acquisition to end-of-life.
  • Act as SME for fleet, MHE, and battery/fuel requirements across sites.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Develop standards, policies, and training for national deployment.
  • Integrate telematics and asset tools to enhance visibility and analytics.
  • Champion sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fleet/MHE management.
  • Certification in project or asset management; forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong knowledge of fleet systems, MHE specs, and WHS compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution environments.
