Description
Document evidence of pre-inspection and post-inspection for vehicles • Test vehicles before maintenance to ascertain the level of repair to be carried out • Follow up the process of repair to ensure that spare parts appropriated for maintenance work are utilized judiciously • Work with the vehicle maintenance manager to improve checklists and maintenance routines • Periodically visit Authorized Service Workshops to confirm that maintenance work is carried out according to MAX routines and standards • Inspect/Test Vehicles after maintenance to ensure that the needed repairs are carried out • Support in the assessment of vehicles using the per-assessment checklist before refurbishment is carried out to ascertain the level of damage • Inspect spare parts that are to be used for refurbishment purposes to ensure it meets the requirements • Inspect/Test vehicles after refurbishment using the post-assessment checklist to confirm the vehicles are refurbished to set standards • Guide technicians on maintenance best practices • Ensure job cards are filled out for every vehicle brought into the facility for maintenance/refurbishment • Conduct frequent training of technicians •Skills and Abilities •Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills •Good understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices •Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace •Good understanding of fleet management •Critical and Analytical thinking • Accuracy and Attention to detail •Confidentiality and Thoroughness Competitive pay & benefits Premium Health insurance cover Consistent Learning and Development
