REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistic or related field.
• Min 1 year experience in related field.
• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fairly.
• Able to work under minimal supervision.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.

Location:

• Support the department in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Manage the GPS tracking system to monitor vehicles in real time and improve efficiency.
• Monitor fuel usage, including Touch ‘n Go and Autopass transactions.
• Prepare reports for internal investigations on misuse of fuel, Touch ‘n Go, or Autopass.
• Create reports and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and government bodies on fleet matters.
• Track and report vehicle operating costs and equipment expenses.
• Handle Touch ‘n Go account top-ups and usage.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, including tyre records, regular servicing, engine oil, and rim usage.
• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness by following 5S practices and keeping proper records and files.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
