Description

Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, breakdowns, and workshop activities.
Manage vehicle registration, insurance, permits, RTA inspections, Salik, Darb, and statutory compliance.
Monitor GPS tracking systems and fleet utilization to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate accident reporting, insurance claims, and vehicle repairs.
Maintain accurate fleet records, dashboards, and operational reports.
Support driver allocation, vehicle handovers, attendance coordination, and operational discipline.
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and promote safe driving practices.
Analyze fleet KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
6–8 years of UAE fleet management experience in FMCG, logistics, retail, distribution, transportation, or e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of UAE RTA regulations, vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and statutory compliance.
Experience managing preventive maintenance, workshops, vendors, and commercial vehicle fleets.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, fleet management software, GPS tracking platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
6–8 years of UAE fleet management experience in FMCG, logistics, retail, distribution, transportation, or e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of UAE RTA regulations, vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and statutory compliance.
Experience managing preventive maintenance, workshops, vendors, and commercial vehicle fleets.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, fleet management software, GPS tracking platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
