Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and enforce driver safety policies and operational procedures across assigned zTrip markets
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews
  • Maintain accurate records for driver certifications, background checks, drug screenings, and training completions
  • Investigate vehicle incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and lead corrective action plans
  • Stay up-to-date on local, state, and federal transportation regulations
  • Work closely with local teams to ensure consistent safety practices and regulatory compliance
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing safety training for drivers
  • Act as a liaison between drivers, management, and regulatory agencies to ensure clear communication and effective resolution
