Description Description: Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP), which seeks to strengthen individuals, families and communities through direct services and community collaborations that create solutions to poverty, is looking to hire a full-time Fleet Operations Supervisor in Waterville, ME. The Fleet Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of KV Van and Kennebec Explorer vehicle operators and overseeing the maintenance of fleet vehicles at the Waterville campus. Interviews and conducts an orientation of program policies and procedures with new drivers. This position works closely with the Fleet Operations Supervisors at both the Augusta and Skowhegan campuses assuring continuity regarding policies and procedures. Provides back-up driver duties if a spare driver is not available, and is also responsible for a variety of support tasks including radio maintenance and preparing monthly reports. Requirements Have leadership and supervisory experience. Computer experience including Word, Excel, data base, and spreadsheets. Have a good driving record with no serious or recurring moving violations. Associates Degree and/or specialized training related to the position. Ability to pass an Agency approved physical examination, pre-employment drug screening, and pass DMV, State Bureau of Investigation, Department of Health & Human Services, Sex Offender Registry and fraud background checks.
